After the band has a fight on stage that leads to riots in Jordan, they get therapy from Dr. Johnathan Twinkletits (Twin-KLET-its).
- An Arm and a Leg: The credits show Dr. Twinkletits' arms are eaten by the wolves.
- Banana Peel: Dr. Twinkletits slips on a banana sticker from Nathan's chest of stickers.
- Bring My Brown Pants: Murderface soils himself after reliving his parents' murder-suicide.
- Chekhov's Gunman: Early in the episode, Skwisgar and Toki talk about the yard wolves getting so big. After Dr. Twinkletits goes out the window, he ends up facing the pack.
- Destination Defenestration: Dr. Twinkletits slips on a banana sticker and goes flying out the window. Just when he thinks he's survived, he's chewed up by the yard wolves.
- Murder-Suicide: Murderface was a baby when his father killed his mother with a chainsaw, then himself.
- Psycho Psychologist: Dr. Twinkletits helps the band through their issues until he has them molded into a saccharine 70's group, while he himself becomes more metal.
