MIB faces the greatest battle yet. The Ixions have returned to invade Earth.
- Alien Invasion: The Ixions have returned to finish the job; invade Earth and steal their oil supplies.
- All Your Base Are Belong to Us: MIB HQ is blown apart by the Ixion mothership. The end of the episode presents the burning ruins.
- Dude Looks Like a Lady: One of the patrons thinks Frank is female because of the litter of puppies swarming around him. Frank is not amused by this.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: The president clearly believes in MIB.
- Rousing Speech: Agent X tries this with some soldiers but fails miserably at it. Elle does it better.
- The Unmasqued World: While Jay is clearly surprised at the idea of revealing themselves and the existence of alien life, Zed explains that there is no logic in hiding once the Ixions will start attacking major population centers.
