Chaud participates in a navi car race. Trouble arises when one the competitors' has their car crashed and needs to rely on their backup car and receives Asteroid Flash Man.
- Crazy-Prepared: Seiko Rei modified his company's navi race car allowing humans to drive it as a means of escape.
- Foreshadowing: As Rei escapes, he receives a transmission from the same woman Sunayama was talking to two episodes back. The episode ends with him in her office pledging allegiance to Neo WWW.
- Hypnotic Creature: True to his origins, Flash Man is able to hypnotize others. First he hypnotizes another navi to make them crash their car. He later tries to hypnotize Proto Man only for Mega Man to unknowingly snap him out of it when its time for their first pit stop. Proto Man tells Chaud about this and he orders the navis to turn off the display for Flash Man's car. Flash Man then resorts to hypnotizing another car with combat abilities to take out road obstacles to use it for eliminating other racers.
- Mythology Gag: The IPC cars Proto Man and Mega Man race are named Red Sun and Blue Moon.
- We Win, Because You Didn't: After failing to hypnotize Mega Man and Proto Man and thus knocking IPC out of the race, Flash Man offers Rei an alternative in ruining the race so there wouldn't be a winner.
