Sci Lab and the Net Savers are asked by Japan's local head astronomer to take a trip to Netopia to examine a comet's landing site and experience some temporal anomalies.
- A Death in the Limelight: Near the episode's end, Baryl can be seen looking at Duo's Comet and suddenly drops his PET. The Netopian Net Saver drives Lan and Chaud the next day and get a glimpse of a funeral. Mega Man notes the tombstone has Colonel's symbol on it.
- Big Damn Heroes: Colonel arrives out of nowhere to assist Mega Man and Proto Man against the viruses.
- Fish out of Temporal Water: Mega Man and Proto Man fight a virus species thought to have gone extinct approximately ten years ago. It turns out they really time traveled to the present day.
- Put on a Bus: Dr. Hikari and Chaud stay in Netopia. The former to further study the time-space distortions and the latter to handle the Asteroid Navis in Netopia.
- Mark of the Supernatural: Chaud gains Duo's crest at the end, allowing him to see the comet.
