Sci Lab calls in Dr. Regal, a world renowned scientist to examine the dimensional converter and learn some disturbing secrets.
- Adaptational Wimp: The shadow viruses Mega Man and Proto Man delete at the beginning of the episode are deleted by Mega Man's buster and gun battle chips, something that's impossible in the games since they're immune to everything except sword type attacks.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Spark Man successfully destroys the dimensional converter preventing Sci Lab and the Net Police from learning any secrets about Nebula and the Darkloids barring the power source.
- Casting a Shadow: Spark Man brings Lan and Chaud's shadows to life.
- Continuity Nod: The dimensional converter is the same one Search Man damaged in episode 18, The Man from Sharo.
- Dramatic Irony: Dr. Regal is the same person as the mysterious man working with the Darkloids. He asks to be forgiven in repairing the dimensional converter after everyone learns its power source was the net navis abducted from the beginning of the season. Lan and Dr. Hikari tell him the person to blame is whoever built it not him.
