As the White Fang revolutionists begin their war against OZ and Romefeller to liberate the colonies, Wufei happens upon a battle between the two factions and wipes out the OZ forces before telling the colony's White Fang forces to discard their weapons while he then attacks and destroys the colony's beam cannon turrets. One is about to shoot him from behind before it is destroyed by Lucrezia Noin as she arrives in her white Taurus to convince Wufei to join her. However, he refuses and departs.
Meanwhile, Quatre returns to his colony to assume command of his family's business, where he is then visited by Duo, who learned of Quatre's return while with Hilde on her colony where he was currently staying. After talking a bit, Duo takes his leave, but then mentions about Trowa still being alive if Quatre wants to visit him.
On Earth, Relena is being all prettied up in her formal gown to take her place as Romefeller's chief representative and Queen of the World, but is trying to mentally encourage herself to use her new role to her advantage to spread peace, while Heero is busy working on Wing Zero in a secluded forest.
Quatre finds the circus where Trowa is, but it is clear that Trowa is amnesic, to Quatre's concern. Catherine soon intervenes and tells Quatre off, not wanting Trowa to live through the horrors of battle any more. However, some time later, the colony where the circus is performing at comes under attack, and Quatre goes to defend it, despite being heavily outnumbered. Moved by seeing Quatre's courage with protecting the colony, Trowa decides to leave Catherine and go help him, despite his amnesia.
Back on Earth, Dorothy summons Relena to the main auditorium where all the Romefeller delegates are, and Relena presents her speech to unite the Earth under the World Nation to help spread peace, which receives a very positive response from the delegates, including impressing Trieze at his hideout, while also drawing Heero's attention after watching it from Wing Zero's cockpit.
