As Romefeller and OZ forces begin to adapt and follow their new orders from their new leader in Queen Relena, Zechs is in a bar drowning his sorrows over Sanc Kingdom's surrender when he is visited by White Fang leader Quinze, offering him a chance to join their organization to seek what he wants.
Back at Romefeller, Duke Dermail continues his plans to keep Romefeller into looking at militarization, but it is then that Marquis Weridge speaks up, wondering what authority Dermail has with his intentions when they now have a new leader in Queen Relena. Though Dermail manages to ease Weridge's concerns, it is clear that his power in Romefeller is starting to wane as the delegates start to favor Relena more than him, especially with when they ask Dorothy for support.
In space, after Trowa rejoins Quatre and Noin, they are exploring the ruins of a previous battle before they are attacked by an OZ unit who believe them to be White Fang operatives. Before they can be overrun, Duo arrives in Deathscythe Hell to wipe the OZ unit out before offering to join them and help them out.
However, while everyone is working out their plans, Heero soon departs for the Romefeller HQ in Wing Zero with only one thing on his mind: Killing Queen Relena as he believes her peace won't be the real thing.
