Jo grows frustrated when her attempt to prepare the team for battle is interrupted by the arrival of refugees from the last planet Erodious destroyed.
Tropes:
- All Your Base Are Belong to Us: Fantos heads to Flo's diner and tries to collect all of the Cosmic Stones with the Invisibility Stone. Eventually, Jo and Krosh go on the offensive while the rest of the team protect the refugees.
- Big "WHAT?!": This was Kid's reaction when Jo announces that she and Krosh are going to fight Erodius by themselves.
- Bittersweet Ending: Thanks to the efforts of Jo and Krosh, the Local Heroes have all 13 Cosmic Stones of Power. Unfortunately for Kid, after seeing her team not taking their training seriously, Jo is inspired with a new plan: She and Krosh can use the Stones and face Erodius. Alone.
- Continuity Nod: Krosh sports an eyepatch since she lost her Cosmic Stone to Jo. Now that she's no longer Champion, she is recruited in getting the Local Heroes into shape at Jo's request.
- Didn't See That Coming: Fantos, with the Precognition Stone, realizes with Krosh wielding the Pain Absorption Stone, she could absorb and fire back his attacks. Of course that was Plan A. He is distracted enough for her and Jo to do Plan B and get all of the stones.
- Everyone Has Standards: Despite Rosa holding the Giant and Pain Absorption Stones, her parents practically refuse to attack their four [and 1/2] year-old daughter, even during training.
- Expecting Someone Taller: When the refugees arrived at the diner, the Local Heroes were surprised that they're actually very, very small.
- Graceful Loser: Krosh has gotten over her loss against Jo last episode. In fact, she claims to be pretty grateful now that she's no longer stuck in the Fight Hole. In the next episode, however...
- Lilliputians: The recent refugees escaping from Erodius arrive at Flo's diner, who are about the size of ants. Luckily, the fleet is able to fit in one of the motel rooms, one meal is enough to keep them sustained for a month, and Jo's old toys are set up above ground as a makeshift city.
