However, Swartz has granted Kamen Rider Diend the power of a Time Jacker.
Upon which the Grand Zi-O Watch is taken, along with Tsukuyomi.
And the mastermind behind it all...
After Woz departs, Zi-O II, Geiz and Tsukasa battle against Another Zi-O II but are soundly defeated, prompting Tsukasa to spirit them away using his powers. Another Zi-O II vows that the next time Sougo and he meet, it will be the last.
Meanwhile, Tsukuyomi learns a shocking truth: that she's actually Swartz's sister. But before telling her more, Swartz attacks Heure and takes back the time power from Ora before both Time Jackers make their escape. As they hide in an abandoned restaurant, Heure and Ora are furious at Swartz's betrayal until Kaito arrives. Kaito decides to pass them the GrandZi-O RideWatch he stole so they have an escape option before informing Another Double and Another Faiz of their location. As they escape, both Sougo and Geiz, who were searching for Tsukuyomi, happens to see the fleeing Time Jackers and decides to rescue them (out of Sougo's kindness). This causes Ora to seek their help.
Meanwhile, Swartz reveals that both of them hail from a different timeline, being members of a royal family who could control time. Unfortunately, he was jealous that their family chose her to inherit the throne instead of him, so he decided to erase her memories and left her to die in another dimension. Unfortunately, he did not expect her to survive. Just as Swartz manages to steal Tsukuyomi's time powers, Woz intervenes and rescues Tsukuyomi.
After promising Ora and Heure that they'll defeat Swartz after Ora returns Sougo his Grand Zi-O watch, both returns to 9 5 Do shop to see Tsukuyomi resting; Geiz was in shock to learn that Tsukuyomi came from a different timeline. While they couldn't waste any more time, Sougo decides to seek the help from Geiz, Woz and Tsukasa to restore the timeline first by defeating Hiryuu before dealing with Swartz.
While the war between the four riders and Hiryuu's Another Riders broke out, Tsukasa's Decade powers were stolen by Swartz, thanks to Kaito's time powers. As the remaining three riders manages to defeat all of Hiryu's Another Riders, only Another Zi-O II was left. He was soon defeated by Grand Zi-O's All Twenty Time Break attack as the timeline's restored. However just as Hiryu was about to pick up Zi-O II Anotherwatch, Kaito takes it and leaves, while Swartz tells Hiryu that he's not suitable to be the Demon Lord. Worse, Sougo and co. realizes that Swartz has obtain Tsukasa's Decade Powers, which he manages to turn it into the Decade Anotherwatch.
Episode Tropes:
- All Your Powers Combined: We really see it as Grand Zi-O when Sougo's All Twenty Time Break projects all the main riders to do a combined Rider Kick with Sougo against Hiryu.
- Asshole Victim: After Hiryu got his ass-kicked by Grand Zi-O for good, everyone else, even Sougo, treated him as such, due to him become far worse than he initially was.
- Bittersweet Ending: Sougo finally manages to defeat Hiryu and the world is back to normal. Unfortunately, Swartz has acquired both Tsukuyomi's time powers and Tsukasa's Decade Powers, the latter of which becomes the Decade Anotherwatch, and based on next episode's preview, Another Decade might prove to be the most difficult Another Rider the group has ever faced.
- The Bus Came Back: Another Kuuga, Another Ryuki, and Another Double all make their returns from their movies and specials respectively.
- Cain and Abel: This furthers the example as despite Swartz being the older and stronger sibling, Tsukuyomi was chosen as heir over him. Swartz in anger then attempted to murder her.
- Casual Danger Dialog: Woz and Geiz have a talk about their relationship in the prime timeline as they fight an army of Another Riders during which Woz lies that Geiz is his loyal subordinate and work for Sougo.
- De-power: Swartz reveals that just as he can give time powers away, he can also steal them. In this episode alone, he took back Ora’s time powers while stealing Tsukuyomi’s time powers and Tsukasa’s Decade Powers.
- Fake Defector: Woz only pretended to side with Hiryu just so he can find out what Swartz's goal was.
- From Bad to Worse: Swartz stealing Tsukuyomi's time powers is bad, him stealing Tsukasa's Decade powers is horrifying.
- Manipulative Bastard: It’s strongly implied that Swartz reset time so Hiryu would take Sougo’s place to get Tsukasa’s attention so he could steal the Decade powers for himself.
- Oh, Crap!: This episode has far too many to list them all. So for example:
- Heure’s reaction to Swartz's disposing of Ora and proclaiming of his true schemes.
- Sougo’s reaction to seeing Tsukasa passed out on the ground following the fight and losing his powers to Swartz.
- "Reason You Suck" Speech: Sougo gives this to Hiryu, telling the latter that while he was stuck in the past, he himself was trying to look more into the future.
- Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: Swartz taking back Ora's powers and planning to do the same for Heure has the both of them run as far away as possible.
- Unwitting Pawn: Heure and Ora finally realize they are this to Swartz.
- Wild Card: As always Kaito might temporarily ally himself with others but he only cares about his own goals. After Heure and Ora escape Swartz, Kaito finds them as ordered but gives them the Grand Zi-O watch so they have options and then tells Another Double and Another Faiz where they are so he stays in Swartz's good graces.
- World-Healing Wave: Another Zi-O II's defeat by the All Twenty Time Break triggers a reaction that causes the world to be restored to before Hiryu became the Demon Lord.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness:
- A non-lethal one for Hiryu. After Sougo beat him at the end of the episode, Swartz lets Kaito take his Zi-O II Anotherwatch as Hiryu served his purpose.
- Swartz also tries to get rid of Ora and Heure as he doesn't need them anymore and he starts by taking Ora's time powers.
