Summary
Two dragons shall become one and grant the chosen hero unlimited power!
Onjuuken Suzune is sealed, and Touma is still intending to ensure whatever Kento saw doesn't come to pass. However, Touma still has to deal with the effects of Primitive Dragon and reach out to the mysterious boy, who keeps appearing whenever he's suffering from its effects. Meanwhile, Legeiel, who desires to exact revenge against Saber, attacks...

- Alternative Character Interpretation: In-Universe example. The forbidden tome considered Primitive Dragon as a creature that desired ruin, while Touma saw the real truth of the Dragon wanting friends.
- Call-Back: The training chamber Liberation makes a comeback twenty episodes after its debut, where Touma uses it as a safe place to connect to Primitive Dragon without endangering his friends.
- Cooldown Hug: The last dragon is briefly stunned when Touma hugs him, which carries over to the Primitive Dragon freezing up.
- "Eureka!" Moment: Twice. First is when Touma realizes that Primitive Dragon is lonely when it asks the question "where's everyone?". Second is when he spots a lost child looking for his mother, which gives him the way to solve Primitive Dragon's predicament.
- Humans Are Insects: Legeiel's reaction to being remind of his former humanity is screaming that he is no mere human, but a supreme being.

- Revision: What Touma does to the Book of Sorrow to ease the last dragon's suffering. He can't change what happened, but adds a different part to the story where the dragon finds happiness in watching the beautiful world.
- Theme Music Power-Up: The final duel between Legeiel and Elemental Dragon has "ALMIGHTY" playing over it.
- Wham Episode: Aside from Elemental Dragon's debut and Legeiel being Killed Off for Real, at the end of the episode Touma finally meets Tassel, who not only congratulates him for doing something thought impossible but also reveals his knowledge of Luna.
- You Are Not Alone: Primitive Dragon's rampage was caused by his loneliness after humans hunted down all of the other dragons. Touma shows this is not the case, showing how the elements around the lonely dragon were its friends, and extends his hand in friendship as well.
