Makoto, after taking an attack meant for Alain, disappears. With everyone in shock, an impatient Takeru wants to try to get Makoto’s body back from the Ganma World but everyone else is against his decision. Kanon proposes that Takeru and Alain work together but Takeru doesn’t trust Alain. Kanon, after witnessing Takeru’s reaction, decides to persuade Alain alone.
Meanwhile, a phantom has been sighted around the city. However, it seems that it was not a Ganma. It was actually Onari possessed by the Goemon Ghost Eyecon! On the other hand, Alain, still not fully comprehending his situation, is wary of any other assassins that may be sent his way. Along with the inconvienences of a real body, Alain is tormented by a new fear of death.
A mysterious warrior appears. How will his arrival affect the situation!?
- Back from the Dead: Machinegun and Seiryu Ganma are brought back to hunt down Alain, though both of them are killed again by Ghost.
- The Cameo: Couple of them, first one featuring Urga being disappointed on Porcupine-roid's defeat before walking away, and second being a cut-away to Kamen Rider Ichigo fighting against Zanjioh.
- Crossover: The episode has a continuation for a crossover between Ghost and Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, with Yamato appearing to help Takeru.
- Demonic Possession: Goemon decides couple of times during the episode to take over Onari's body so that he can talk to Takeru in person.
- In the Name of the Moon: After seeing Yamato do his own roll call as Zyuoh Eagle, Takeru is inspired to do his own. It doesn't stick.Takeru: "Connecting the hearts of luminaries. Kamen Rider Ghost!"
- I Surrender, Suckers: Porcupine-roid attempts to catch Ghost and Zyuoh Eagle off by firing his quills at them while begging for mercy, but it hardly works.
