After moving into her mom’s childhood home, Olivia finds herself being followed by a strange man in a creepy mask. What it wants, Olivia has no clue. But she better find out fast.

- An Aesop: A unique lesson. The monster represents fear and stress. Olivia learns that while the "Squeember", as her mom calls it, will never go away, but she can control it and learn to live with it.
- Allegorical Character: The Squeember is a physical representation of stress and anxiety.
- Alpha Bitch: Subverted. Chloe and Jade are described as queen bees, but nothing about their behavior suggests that they're anything but nice.
- Jump Scare: The Squeemer delivers a few of these, via teleportation.
- Non-Malicious Monster: Although he scares Olivia, the Squeember seems to just be doing his job and by the end, she sees he doesn’t mean her any harm.
- Offscreen Teleportation: The Squeember’s main method for scaring people. He can instantly appear wherever Olivia isn’t looking and disappear as soon as she takes her eyes off him.
- Things That Go "Bump" in the Night: The Squeember is a typical bogeyman who mostly scares children.
