Easily Forgiven: Out of all the Camp Fam who needed either time, words, or a redeeming act, Sammy's the only one who is genuinely happy to see Kenji once more.
Karmic Death: The mercenaries control dinosaurs to fight the kids, and most of them are killed by dinosaurs during the battle.
Karmic Nod: Kenji acknowledges that there's no magical words he can say to earn his friends' forgiveness after essentially throwing them under the bus by siding with his dad and disowning them as family. All he can do is admit he made a mistake, why he did so, and hope he can redeem himself.
