Dwight and Sherry's code and future come into question when they are tasked with retrieving someone.

Tropes:

Continuity Nod: Sherry compares The Tower to The Sanctuary, and namedrops Negan.
Cliffhanger: Dwight and Sherry, joined by Mickey, head off to find a new home, only to be stopped by someone who wants their help finding Padre.
Ascended Fanboy: Dwight is ecstatic to meet Mickey, a former professional wrestler that he was a big fan of. Later, he works together with her to fend off walkers, and she joins their group.
