Peter and the guys test their physical prowess at Mayor West's dude ranch. Stewie thinks he got his first period.

- Author Filibuster: Stewie's speech about how Political Correctness Is Evil lasts about a minute and has no connection to the overall plot.
- Bears Are Bad News: Peter and the guys get attacked by a bear at the ranch and have to figure out a way to subdue it. It turns out that the bear was Mayor West in disguise as a way to test their ability to work together.
- Counting Sheep: Peter and the guys do this to get themselves to sleep. Joe's attempt goes differently because the sheep are in wheelchairs and the farmer's gate wasn't designed to accommodate for sheep in wheelchairs.
- Italian-American Caricature: One cutaway gag depicts an Italian-American baptism, which includes the vows "You will now drive a Camaro, hate every minute of your yearly vacation to Italy, and get very upset when your sister starts to date." When the older sister shows up to the baptism with her boyfriend, the Italian relatives all let out an angry "Ey!" and the baby's first words are "Father, drown me in this water, she's breakin' my heart!"
- Ping Pong Naïveté: Stewie, despite being sophisticated normally, thinks he "got his period" after a slip-n-slide accident.
- Take That!:
- When Lois, Bonnie, and Donna go to the ranch at the end, Lois comments that the guys' version was better. Mayor West retorts that he felt the same way about the Ghostbusters movie.
- In response to Stewie thinking he "got his period", Brian points out that Stewie's a boy, and therefore can't get periods. Stewie retorts that "It's 2022, there's no such thing as a boy anymore", a jab at modern society's Political Overcorrectness.
