Fallon and Cristal both make it to the Top Ten Women in Business and subsequently vie for Woman of the Year. Fallon ultimately wins, but she indirectly insults Jeff by not mentioning his name in her acceptance speech, has yet to fix things with Michael, and is kicked out by Blake once he learns that it was her who leaked Cristal's sex tape. Cristal is dealing with the fallout of the leaked sex tape while handling her COO position and wants to make amends with Claudia Blaisdel. When Claudia attacks her, she is accidentally hit by Blake's speeding car. Meanwhile, Sam tries to get back in Steven's good graces, but things get awkward when he sleeps with Steven's ex-boyfriend to get a job.

- Forced from Their Home: Blake banishes Fallon from the Carrington mansion for having leaked Cristal's sex tape. She tries to crash in on Michael's, but he refuses to host her.
- It's All About Me: Fallon doesn't credit Jeff for starting Morell Corp., then tries to repair her friendship with Michael just so she can crash in.
- Look Both Ways: At the end of the episode, Claudia is hit by Blake's car.
- Recovered Addict: Ted was a drunk when he dated Steven, though he has been sober for years.
- Sleeping Their Way to the Top: Steven accuses Sam of doing this, but Sam claims that he genuinely asked Ted for a job, but was offered to sleep with him.
- The Thing That Would Not Leave: Sam has burned bridges with Steven, is not really close with any other Carrington, and does not work; the only reason he is in the house is because of Cristal. So he mostly mopes around drinking and watching movies. Thanks to Anders, he is moving on from this.
