As the cave is overfilling with the dragons from the Nature Realm Jömrungandr invaded the previous episode, Tom moves them to Rakke Town. This becomes a problem, however, when Mister Rakke personally shows up to inspect the facility. Meanwhile, Sledkin is searching for a place called "the Dragoncite Realm".

- Amicable Exes: Despite having broken up the previous episode, Tom and Jun are still good friends.
- Beneath the Mask: Implied. When Tom and Olivia discuss revealing the secret to Mr. Rakke, Olivia reminds Tom that despite doing a lot of good, he also hand-picked Sledkin, implying he might be shadier than he pretends to be.
- Benevolent Boss: Throughout the tour of Rakke Town, Mister Rakke is in high spirit, laughing with the characters and generally being a Nice Guy. He didn't even mind getting caught in what he belives to be a high-voltage experiment that shocked him into unconsciousness.
- Continuity Nod: When the others question Tom's plan to bring the dragons into Rakke Town, he reminds them that Berk was a village were dragons and humans lived together just fine.
- Electricity Knocks You Out: Mr. Rakke gets blasted by Thunder to prevent him from discovering the dragon. All it does is knock him out temporarly and cause his hair to stand up like a hedgehog.
- Friend to All Children: Mister Rakke calls children "the future of Rakke Corp" and is very nice towards the riders throughout the episode, even singing their praises at the end of his visit.
- Locked Out of the Loop: Despite appearing as a Nice Guy, the members of Project I.C.A.R.I.S. actively decided not to tell Mr. Rakke that dragons exist and he ends up leaving Rakke Town none the wiser.
- So Proud of You: At the end of the episode, Miss Wong hugs her children telling them she is proud of them for having successfully worked together to keep the secret from Mr. Rakke.
- Unseen No More: First mentioned in Sledkin Stakeout, Mr. Rakke makes his frist on-screen appearance this episode.
