Busted (not really)
is the seventh chapter of Don't Cry For Me, I've Already Wilted.
Nagisa catches Saki in the act, and attempts to expose her.
Tropes:
- Cheer Them Up with Laughter: Akaoni tries to cheer up a sickly, crabby Joker by trying to be funny. After his first two attempts fall flat, he huffs and says that he spent a lot of time thinking on those. Joker bursts out laughing at the idea of Akaoni thinking.
- Manipulative Bitch: Saki, taking Joker's lead, plays innocent and fake-cries to get Kokone on her side.
- Monster of the Week: Notably, a Ranborg is summoned instead of an Akanbe.
- Rump Roast: Referenced; Hibiki moves out of a hot seat because she feels like her bottom is on fire.
- Shout-Out: Kanade is seen reading Feminist Baby to Elle-chan.
- Tantrum Throwing: Ryouta invokes this by handing an angry Nagisa a pillow and telling her to throw it, which she promptly does.
- Think of the Children!: Downplayed; Kanade scolds Hibiki for cursing because she doesn't want the small children in the library repeating it.
