Hacker’s mysterious machine is finally revealed – The Transformatron can change anyone into anything! He learns that the kids have the Network Interface Card – the final piece he needs. But the kids have also found a map that leads them to Coop, Slider’s long lost father. They are shocked to discover Coop has been a victim of magnetite. Before they can measure out the antidote, Hacker grabs the "N.I.C.” – and Slider! Will the CyberSquad be able to rescue AND cure Slider, who got dumped with magnetite by Hacker (magnetite makes Slider's feet grow as big as large rocks)? Can they cure Coop? And how will they stop Hacker from taking over Cyberspace with his dastardly device?

Tropes in this episode:

  • Art Shift: Hacker later turns himself into a Humongous Mecha to wreak havoc. The CyberSquad only stops him remotely, by turning off the machine powering his transformation.
  • Chirping Crickets: One of Digit's jokes elicits nothing but a clownish honk noise.
  • Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Aside from a non-speaking cameo in "A Clean Sweep" one season later, Coop never appeared again after this episode. This is due to the fact that he's voiced by Tony Hawk and they wouldn't get a big name like him for a brief cameo in a Canadian show.
  • Daddy Had a Good Reason for Abandoning You: Coop had to go on the run from Hacker and couldn't put his son in danger.
  • Humongous Mecha: See above.
  • Logical Weakness: When Buzz is transformed into a giant ring donut, Jackie and Matt get past him by diving through the center. The Earthlies, Coop, and Slider also manage to roll Buzz away.
  • A Rotten Time to Revert: Hacker becomes a giant robot thanks to his transformation machine and tries to lift a castle. However, the CyberSquad manage to reverse the effect, and the Hacker is reverted to normal while he's still holding the castle, resulting in him being crushed under it - though he survives and vows to return.
  • Rushmore Refacement: Hacker places a Hacker-headed Sphinx on Pyramidia.
  • Younger Than They Look: When the CyberSquad finds Coop, they discover this trope applies since he was time warped from magnetite exposure. At first, Slider refuses to believe the old man in front of him is really his father;
