When a workplace shooting in Silicon Valley claims the lives of three employees, the BAU works with the Department of Homeland Security to determine if the shooting was personal and why the victims were targeted. Meanwhile, Prentiss confronts Alvez about the events surrounding his final confrontation with Peter Lewis.
