Chuck and Sarah discover who is behind a plot to take down their company. A computer virus creates havoc as the Buy More prepares for Christmas. Ellie tries to make Christmas plans for everybody.

• Frying Pan of Doom: Shaw joins Casey among the ranks of badass spies Ellie has taken down with a frying pan to the head.
• Hoist by Their Own Petard: Chuck goads Shaw into uploading another Intersect... which Chuck has doctored with the Omen virus, removing it from Shaw's brain.
  Chuck: [After Shaw tries to flash and fails] You seriously underestimate the power of the Nerd Herd.
  Shaw: The Omen virus, you put it...
  Chuck: Inside your head. Instead of downloading the Intersect 3.0, you removed it. And it turns out that's the last flash you're ever going to have.
• Honey Trap: Chuck has to get the security pass off a CIA official by seducing her.
  Chuck: Are you sure I'm her type?
  General Beckman: You have a pulse and you're wearing a Santa suit.
  [Chuck looks disturbed]
• I Have Your Wife: Shaw takes Sarah hostage to force Chuck to steal the Omen virus back for him. Naturally, he has no intention of letting either of them live.
  Chuck: [Calling Sarah] Sarah. Thank God! Shaw broke out of prison. Where are you?... Sarah?
  Shaw: Hello, nerd. Do me a favor - turn on the monitor.
• It's Personal:
  • Shaw is back to exact revenge on Sarah for killing his wife. Part of his plan is to kill Chuck while Sarah watches.
  • No way in hell is Ellie letting Shaw kill her brother after he already killed her father.
  Ellie: That man took our father away from us. I wasn't going to let him take anybody else.
• Let's Get Dangerous!: Chuck is determined that Shaw will regret taking Sarah hostage.
  Chuck: Daniel Shaw murdered my father, and now he has my wife. He's going to wish he never left that prison cell.
• The Man Behind the Man: Clyde Decker is revealed to be working for Shaw, ever since he tried to interrogate him and Shaw flashed on all his corrupt dealings. The main purpose in stealing the Omen virus was to break Shaw out of a high-tech CIA prison.
• Out-of-Character Alert: Chuck realizes Shaw is posing as Sarah on the phone when "she" calls him dear.
• Title Drop: Chuck steals Big Mike's Santa suit to infiltrate a CIA Christmas party.
