Stan and Francine befriend a young, childless couple whose dangerous lifestyle becomes too much for them. Meanwhile, Steve and Roger stay on hold to get a refund.

After two weeks, they get the refund... only for Klaus to point out that it's going to Greg and not them, and they'll never get those two weeks back.Roger: Are we stupid, Steve? No, seriously, are we? I mean, I have a master's in city planning from Howard University. I can tell you where your convention center should go, but I can't tell you when a fish is giving me the business.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Steve and Roger are made to stay on hold for two weeks after telling Klaus that he can't enjoy "portable things."
- Manipulative Bastard: Klaus convinces Steve and Roger to stay on hold to get a refund for the cotton candy gun. After about two weeks they finally get the refund, at which point Klaus smugly points out the money will be refunded to Greg and Terry since it was bought with their stolen credit card. Klaus reveals he goaded the two into getting the refund as payback for insulting him earlier.
