  • This line from "Catalysts":
Mary Jane Watson:...but if I can't dance with Pete, I guess I'll dance with... it's Randy, right?
    Rand Robertson: Very.
  • From the second encounter with the Sinister Six comes this gem:
Mysterio: A bit too soon to gloat, Spider-Man.
Spider-Man: Well, you are the expert on premature gloatalation.
  • "The Uncertainty Principle":
    • This line:
Liz Allen You can web me up any time, Petey.
    [Peter blushes]
    • Liz's line "Shake those pom-poms!" to the football team.
    • Peter looks Flash up and down and says that he fills out his costume nicely, and Flash's fake boobs squeaking when Mary Jane pushes him back.
  • Liz continues to prove no stranger to suggestive dialogue in "Destructive Testing":
Sally: You can't want to be in the paper that badly. Geekitude is contagious!
Liz: (giggles) I don't mind catching what Petey's got!
  • A good chunk of Black Cat's dialogue consists of this, but these take the cake:
"You better not get your goop in my hair."
"Oooh, my kitty senses are purring."
  • After Peter, Liz, Harry and Gwen decide to go to Flash's birthday party as a double-date:
Harry: "Then it's settled! This Saturday we're a foursome!"
  • Doc Ock (to symbiote-wearing Spider-Man): "Your new suit interests me, arachnid. I'm going to enjoy peeeeeeeeeling it away for further study..."
  • Mary Jane suggests that on New Year's Eve Peter and Gwen could "watch the ball drop," then winks at Gwen.
  • And what about that scene when Spider-Man opened a compartment on his utility belt to cause a flash of light to distract Doc Ock? You could say Spider-Man FLASHED Doc Ock to distract him!
  • In "Probable Cause", the class is on a police cruiser ridealong field trip. Mark Allan and Mary Jane start flirting in the backseat, prompting the cop riding shotgun to nudge his partner and remark, "So are we on a ridealong, or a ridealong ridealong?"
