Nightmare Fuel / The Glamorous Imperial Concubine

• The series gets off to a cheerful start with Fu Ya about to be executed. Knowing she survives doesn't make it any less chilling to see the executioner raise the sword and bring it down.
• Fu Ya and her mother are locked in a burning room. Her mother helps Fu Ya climb out the window, but before she can escape too the ceiling falls and traps her inside.
