This is probably the one image of Art's violence that we can show you.
  • The film introduces the Little Pale Girl, a mute entity who is heavily implied to have been the one to resurrect Art for unknown reasons. Much like Art, she loves causing chaos and assists in psychologically scarring his victims and escapes any repercussions to revive Art once more.
    • When she first appears, Art actually appears nervous, as if he's worried she's angry at him for blowing his brains out and forcing her to resurrect him. While he eases up completely around her once she makes it clear she isn't, the fact that there's someone that Art shows fear of is enough to make her terrifying.
  • Sienna's dream sequence begins with her in the role of a child at the Clown Cafe. Art arrives and hands out candy and sweets to the kids, but Sienna instead gets a box containing worms and a beating heart. Art reaches into his garbage bag and shoots all the children to death. Topping this, he then sets the stage on fire including the singer but instead of screaming, she instead continues singing and dancing while she is incinerated.
    • The Clown Cafe sequence also involves an ad for "Art Krispies", a fake breakfast cereal with Art as the mascot. Inside the box, there are insects, broken glass, and razor blades mixed in with the cereal, which winds up killing the little boy eating it by the time Sienna makes her way over to him.
  • The kills are always graphic, but Allie's death is without a doubt the worst. After she hears her glass door get smashed, she goes to investigate only to discover Art helping himself to a glass of water in the kitchen. She tries to run but Art follows her to her bedroom, forces her to her knees and cuts her left eye vertically before scalping her with a tiny pair of scissors (he makes sure that Allie can see herself in a mirror as he does so). He then throws her onto the bed and uses a scalpel to cut and tear open her back. He adds a few stabs to the spine for good measure. As she struggles he breaks and rips off her left forearm then turns her over and splits her right hand and forearm in half. He then slashes her four times and seemingly leaves. As Allie crawls to get to her phone Art returns with bleach and salt, pouring both on her to draw-out as much agony as possible. Also yes, he literally rubs salt in her wounds. As if all of that wasn't enough, he rips off the left side of her face before a Smash Cut to Sienna's place. Think it's over? Oh no no no. When Allie's mother returns home and discovers the break-in, she rushes to her daughter's room to find Art still there and he wasn't done. The skin on Allie's torso was gone. Her left shin which was so mutilated that bone was showing was only outdone by the right one which was nothing but. As Art giddily continues to carve gashes into her thighs and her mother starts to break down from shock, horror and sadness, Allie comes to, somehow still alive. Hell, even Art can't believe it judging by his expression. With hopefully her last breath she weakly utters "Mom…." At this point Art is just ecstatic, silently howling with laughter as he taunts Allie's heartbroken mother.
  • In the mid-credits scene, Victoria, the Final Girl of the first film, writes obscenities on the wall of her room in a mental hospital with her own blood. Worse, she has apparently become so insane, she believes that she is in love with Art the Clown, leaving "Vicky + Art" inside a heart in the middle of the other vulgar words. Suddenly she goes into labor and gives birth to Art the Clown's head, which smiles and winks at the nurse who witnesses all of this.
  • The giant monster rat in the dark ride during the climax. It's just an animatronic (luckilly) but damn if it's not scary.
