• Salem has the ability here to take complete control of Cinder's body, using her as a puppet to taunt Ozpin through.
• When Ozpin inadvertently reignites his spark and escapes Remnant, Salem has an epic Villainous Breakdown.
• Apparently Salem has been recruiting or killing any potential planeswalkers she can find for centuries just to spite Ozpin after tracking down and killing his incarnations in horrible ways got old. According to Word of God, she also went after the family members of his incarnations as well...
• Cinder's etherium replacements for her injured body parts, courtesy of Tezzeret, includes part of her head. As in, like Breya, a chunk of her head is just gone.
• Salem is powerful enough to literally level mountains.
• Jaune and his new compatriots on Eldraine end up dealing with a dangerous blight: two armies of ghosts, cursed to fight each other to the "death" over and over, with War Is Hell in full effect, draining the life from the land around them. It's not until Jaune, with some help, manages to recover the message that the war had ended and present it to them that they can break free.
• When a group of Lorwyn elves tries to kill Yang, she slaughters them. It was well-deserved, but still. One she kills by headbutting until he doesn't have any head left.
• Korvold turns out to be a massive dragon. He's also completely insane, eating a giant and immolating a group of prisoners seemingly for kicks while Jaune and company watch helplessly.
• The Skyclave Tai and company are exploring awakening and letting loose mutated creatures on them as part of the defense system is bad enough, but some of those creatures are heavily implied to be Eldrazi spawn.
• Korvold turns out to be Vaevictis Asmadi, Elder Dragon and brother to Bolas, and when he thinks that Jaune is connected to the dragon-walker, Jaune gets an inexplicable chill up his spine.
• Geyadrone capturing Weiss, weaving her way into her mind, and possessing her.
