Considering this is an .EXE game(And this is Jaiz Koys's first completed game), there will unsurprisingly be scary moments. Jump scares, however, will not be included.

RAGGHHHHHHHH!
- Suicide Hill - If the player saves nobody, then Sonic will end up in the stage where he walks slowly and sees the corpse of Tails (crushed by a signpost), Knuckles (eyes gouged out), and Eggman (split in half). Additionally, at the end, Sonic can jump into spikes leaving a bloody corpse.
- There's an alternate version of that ending where the ghosts of Tails and Knuckles plead with him to continue on; however, Sonic ends up breaking down and ultimately gives up. Worse? This is the official ending according to Sally.exe Continued Nightmare: Eye of Three. Doubles as Tear Jerker.
- The screams Tails and Knuckles make if they fail their stages.
- There are two "worst" endings; the first one is the one where Sonic commits suicide, and the second happens if you fail the final boss; Exetior manages to get the Master Emerald and transform into an unstoppable monster.
- Chasing Tails as Exetior can give you one of two outcomes; if you fail Tails is crushed by a signpost, and if you "win", Exetior spindashes at Tails, completely blowing him up.
- Exetior's icon for his dialogue, which has extremely bloodied teeth.
- The sound of Sonic's spine being snapped in Eggman's average ending.
