- Angel Gabby, a supernatural being who hijacks a Christian cartoon to directly communicate with a troubled child, offering oddly specific advice that deviates increasingly wildly from Christian doctrine... and may very well be Archangel Gabriel. As the series progresses, it becomes clear that she's trying to help Jonah deal with an abusive father. It's heavily implied that she killed Jonah's father, but even beforehand was instructing him on finding and hiding a suitable weapon in case he had to defend himself.
- During Francis's first letters video he showcases a sketch he did of Gabby when he initially saw her. Said sketch is of an Angelic Abomination.
- There is also the Fridge Horror of how because of Jonah streaming her cartoon that she is able to reach out to much more kids. Even if we are to assume she is purely good, there is still a possibility that one of the children watching her could be in a situation much like Jonah was in. And if so, who is to say that Gabby won't convince them to go to such drastic measures too.
- All scenes in the series that involve "HIM", the unseen father figure of Jonah, give off a feeling of dread or that something terrible is about to happen.
- In Tape 2, VCR Gabby instructs Jonah on how he can avoid getting beaten by his father by running up to his room, and blocking the door up with a chair. The tape shows an unseen figure, representative of said father, banging on the door. Following this, Gabby tells Jonah to hide in his closet, where she assures him that he has nothing to be afraid of, even if HE finds him.
