HACHI is a Japanese-language V-Singer associated with LIVE UNION, who debuted on the VTuber-dedicated streaming platform REALITY and YouTube in March 2020, streaming karaoke sessions and posting songs under affiliation with music company RK Music. She released her first original song, "Hikari no Mukou e", on July 25th of the same year.

Not to be confused with Hachi, the nickname of Kenshi Yonezu.


Tropes pertaining to the VTuber and her songs:

  • Animal Motifs: Bees. HACHI's design features yellow and black accents in her color scheme, her livestreams are called Honeycomb Station, and her Fan Community Nickname is "BEES".
  • Cover Version: The first song HACHI covered, and the first song she's uploaded, is of "Ghost Rule".
  • Growing Up Sucks: "Yomaigoto", featuring a guitarist going through this as a result of losing, with him denouncing struming a guitar ever again.
  • Lonely Piano Piece: "Bye-bye, Teddy Bear" primarily focuses on HACHI's singing, backing vocals, and a prominent piano piece, with no other instrument featured to complement the mood of the song's story; sung from the perspective of a Tragic Abandoned Toy.
  • Tareme Eyes: Her avatar features these as her expression, and the emotion expressed in some of her songs generally veer into melancholy teritory.
