Because of a trauma from his past, the protagonist Ariyama Seichi prefers girls from eroge than real 3D girls. Then one day he despaired when one of the heroines of an eroge was "used goods" (a girl who already had a boyfriend/lost their virginity) and so went to buy a new game. On his way back home he runs into a scene of three guys trying to rape a girl. Seiichi was able to scare off the guys by faking the police being nearby and before the girl was able to thank him, he ran home not wanting to involve himself with a real girl. It turned out that the girl was Ayame Kotoko, an infamous delinquent girl at school and after learning (by coaxing info from Seiichi's friend) of what type of girls Seiichi likes, she changed her look to appeal to him and confessed. How will these two extremely different people's relationship work out?
Chuuko demo Koi ga Shitai! ("Even a 'used goods' wants to experience love") is a series of Light Novels written by Noritake Tao and illustrated by ReDrop, which was published from 2015 to 2020 for 13 volumes. It also goes by another name, Genjitsu (Real) no Kanojo (Heroine) wa Irimasen (There's no need for a Heroine in the Real World). It also has a manga adaptation.
