- Raggedy Ann herself is very heartwarming (she does have a sweet heart after all). She never shows disdain toward anyone, even those who want to mistreat her in which case she simply tries to leave politely.
- After a dangerous adventure and years of wandering around like a hobo, the Camel is finally taken in by the dolls, and Marcella accepts him into her playroom as one of her own toys. He is driven to tears.
- "Candy Hearts and Paper Flowers" in spite of the BrotherSister Incest overtones.
- Marcella's dolls may be varying degrees of Uncanny Valley, but the way that they come up and listen together as Raggedy Ann tells them about the outside world is surprisingly sweet.
