The Big Damn Kiss in episode 26 "Two couples, a Destiny". Sure, the dialogue was really narmish and we all knew it was coming, but it's still adorable.
In episode 33, when the representatives of the High and Low Spheres come for the duo. Sulfus at first claims that he's not trying to stop them because of feelings for Raf. But once they manage to get their hands on him and start taking him away, his first instinct is to take Raf's hand and give it a kiss in goodbye.
Episode 42, the moment after Angelie finally wakes up, then Raf is too. Mother and daughter are finally reunited and give each other a hug.
Episode 52 "The Universe Balance Part Two", after Raf and Sulfus's love manages to send back the comet into space. The Diabolic Army turn on their masters Cassidy and Kubral.
