How exactly does Gale's ability to summon people from another world work and how did she apparently have knowledge of class 1-A abilities?

Aizawa states he believes Gale may have a Quirk instead of a Semblance. As for how she knew of 1-A, there are increasing hints of MHA Earth and Remnant being Mutually Fictional, as Remnant contains fiction that resembles actual people from MHA Earth while the people of Remnant remind the heroes of fairy tale or historical characters from their own past.
