Inazuman. That is all.
- First, major spoilers if you haven't watched the film (but do know who Inazuman is.) Anyway, Inazuman was seen in Let's Go Kamen Riders and he looked like he stepped right out of the old show. Then we get Inazuman in this movie, based on the manga. Going through his origin, and in events explicitly set five years later, so he can't have been the Inazuman of LGKR (they look different, so no, Time Travel can't even explain it.) It's different from the other heroes homaged. Names are altered making it clear they're not the same characters. Inazuman has the same name (of the manga version) and has his whole (manga) secondary cast alongside him. Basically, imagine if there was a Spider-Man TV series whose hero Bob Jones is about 80% like Peter Parker. And in Iron Man, Spider-Man, never unmasking but his suit being Bob Jones's, 100% identical even if it clashes with the much more modern-looking Iron Man, makes a cameo. Then in Iron Man 3, Tony has a young assistant named Peter Parker who gets bitten by a radioactive spider, and learns about great responsibility just in time for the climax, has his whole comicverse secondary cast alongside him, and the events of Iron Man never come up.
- So your problem is...a reverse Celebrity Paradox?
- I honestly think it could be as simple as Saburo seeing Watari Go Inazuman at some point (perhaps even seeing him during the events of LGKR) and that influenced his form subconsciously, there's precedent as the manga Inazuman's forms do come to him from a metaphor he took literally. As far as we know Gentaro was never aware of Inazuman so there's not problem. I also presume Kamimura Yu's Poitrine is based on her seeing the original once.
