  • If Boots and Swiper exist and are clearly sentient, (they even talk!!!) why didn't the directors make Baby Jaguar real too?
    • Perhaps because he wouldn't have been pivotal to the plot? If we remember correctly, he wasn't a main character in Dora's show and this is a Dora movie.
    • A pet monkey is barely excusable, a pet jaguar definitely wouldn’t have been allowed.
  • Okay, I get how they could have cut out Daisy and the baby twins, since they hardly ever appeared on the original series, but what happened to Alicia?
    • She most likely doesn't exist on this continuity. As far we see, it seems that Diego is an only child and goes alone to the school.
    • Maybe she graduated high school.
  • When the villains have Dora, Diego, Sammy, Randy, and her parents surrounded, Dora's dad tries to go Papa Wolf on her, while completely disregarding the safety of the other three kids. Did he completely forget that one of said kids is his nephew?
    • Of course not! Cole was protecting all the teens. Just because the others weren’t behind him doesn’t mean he wasn’t protecting them as well.
    • They were already captive, he was upset over them insulting his daughter. When he called the other kids stupid her dad just shrugged that off.
  • If Alejandro was leading the mercenaries then why were they acting surprised when they find out they were set free? Especially since it would be unlikely they knew they were nearby.
    • They probably didn't expect Dora to cut the top of the crate off and poke her head out. It's possible that after seeing that, Alejandro ran in to "save" her before she could have a chance to get out on her own, and the mercenaries didn't realize it was part of the plan until he radioed them later offscreen or something.
  • This may be the most obvious, but if the opening sequence & hallucination scene implies that all of Dora's adventures were all in he head, how does Swiper exist in the real world?
    • Maybe Swiper showed up while she was playing games and tried to steal her toys?
    • Most likely? Rule of Funny.
