• Any time Mindy gets some "physical comedy" moments: in Season One when she tries to relate to a couple of teenagers and falls off her beanbag chair, and when she's attacked by the automated shower.
• In the opening to "Hooking Up Is Hard," Mindy reveals she wears a mask when she sleeps at the practice. When Danny walks in on her, it leads to this exchange:
  Danny: WHY ARE YOU WEARING THAT?!?
  Mindy: Because I don't want to get murdered!
  Danny: That doesn't explain anything.
• At the beginning of episode 14, Mindy goes to the Empire State Building repeatedly to find her true love and this worries homeland security. As she is interrogated, she continues to obliviously dig herself deeper by using romantic terms that sound suspiciously like a terrorist plot.
• Danny's attempt to take over Mindy's local news segment. "It's like watching someone fall down a staircase, slowly."
• In "My Cool Christian Boyfriend", the 180 degree turn Dr. Reed goes through is hilarious. He starts out condemning the United States prison system and advocating for the prisoner's and then, after the prison riot (where he shouts "Guards! Gas Them!"), he has this to say.
  Dr. Reed: If you ask me, these criminals have it too easy. I would put them in a box, throw some scorpions in the box, close the box, walk away!
• Danny getting wasted and trying to strip down during "Wiener Night", in front of a huge displays of naked pictures of himself.
• "We had a car, but Rayron forgot where he parked it."
• In "Wedding Crushers", Mindy goes up on stage to take the blame for Josh's ruined wedding (despite it being Peter and Josh's wife's fault). Peter comes up to help her and takes the mic, but almost instantly starts doing bad stand up.
  Peter: Hey, who's fed up with airline food, eh?? Show of hands? What's the deal with, what's the deal with...guys just wanna watch sports, and women are all..." *makes the blah blah hand gesture.*
• In "Be Cool", Mindy returns to her apartment after spending three days sleeping at Danny's, and finds it totally ransacked with clothing and items strewn everywhere and the windows all open.
  Mindy:Wow. I am such a slob. *Beat* Oh my god I've been robbed!
• From: "An Officer and a Gynecologist", a cop comes into Shulman & Associates:
  Charlie: (to Beverly) Susan Robbins?
  Beverly: NO, I'm Beverly something!
• Beverly was the inspiration for the prostitute character in The Catcher in the Rye and had an affair with JD Sallinger, apparently.
• "Danny and Mindy"
  Morgan: (about his recent breakup with Tamra) I bought her a ring...
  Danny: You bought her a ring?!
  Morgan: ...tone.
• Mindy climbing the stairs to the top of the Empire State Building.
• Casey claiming that he wants to give Mindy a wedding so fancy that Bane from the Batman movies would come crashing in through the skylight, slit his throat, and take Mindy prisoner. Mindy's response?
  Mindy: (gasp) Tom Hardy takes me as his sex-prisoner?
  Casey: ...no, that's the actor. Bane, the character.
  Mindy: ...sorry, yeah.
