• The scene where Eliza gets William to threaten a messenger service clerk to get information:
  William: YOU WILL BRING ME THAT MESSAGE NOW, OR I WILL BREAK EVERY BONE IN YOUR BODY, AND THEN ARREST YOU FOR ASSAULTING A POLICE OFFICER!
  (cut to the clerk, who is so scared he's crying)
  William: (normal voice) Are you... are you crying? (clerk cringes) Look, just go and get the message and no harm will come to you.
  Clerk: Yes, inspector! (rushes off)
  William: (glances at Eliza) What?
  Eliza: He's little more than a child.
  William: You told me to frighten him!
