• When Eda, Luz, King, and Harry are getting on the Knight Bus, King, who is pretending to be a dog, does Saying Sound Effects Out Loud instead of actually barking. Stan, the driver, actually buys it, causing Harry to doubt that he ever graduated Hogwarts.
• Luz's bold words as she readies to fire the Death Obliterator-Inator at Death:
  Luz: Sorry, D-meister, but you're about to be defeated by the power of friendship and this gun we found!
• When they do the Body Swap spell, Eda gets Distracted by My Own Sexy towards her body... while in the body of her eleven-year old nephew, attracting some comments from passerby. Luz (the current occupant of said body) even lampshades how "Harry" seemingly checking "Eda" out is This Is Wrong on So Many Levels!.
• Eda, Ron, and Scabbers playing poker together. Which is funny by itself, until Eda jokingly calls Scabbers a wizard. Adding onto that, Scabbers is then remarked as eating his cards "almost nervously".
• Luz and Harry somehow manage a Stealth Hi/Bye while Gus is looking directly at them.
  Gus: Ron, please. I think I can keep track of two peop- I was looking right at them. How did they do that?!
• Willow's Papa Harvey happily reflecting to her and Luz on how during his school days, he and fellow Glandus students burned down Hexside's assembly hall. When he notices his husband glaring at him for saying that in front of the kids, he immediately backtracks and halfheartedly says that's a terrible thing that the kids shouldn't try to repeat.
• Hunter appears with a squad of scouts after Harry and Lilith's fight with Vitimir to arrest the latter, and after trading barbs with the other two, teleports away with his prisoner... leaving behind the scouts, who awkwardly ask how they're supposed to get back on their own. One asks the others if they want to split a cab, leading to an argument over who's paying for what.
• Lilith notes that only Eda could somehow be skilled at Potions yet also be a Lethal Chef. Then she gets comically shocked when she learns that Hooty can cook.
• Harry makes a pun that Luz needs to "Luz -en up" and is immediately regretful. Luz however, loves it.
