• The movie's head writer Buzz Dixon manages one in the commentary track during Duke's death "coma" scene, when he quotes, verbatim, John Cleese's "Dead Parrot" monologue in protest of Hasbro balking at Duke dying at the last minute after seeing the reaction to Optimus Prime dying and demanding the script be changed via some last-minute vocal inserts.
• Serpentor's amazingly Narmtastic battle cry.
  "Cobra-LALALALALALALALA!"
• Cobra Commander arguing with Serpentor over the practicality of stealing the Broadcast Energy Transmitter.
  Cobra Commander: This operation is costing us dearly! I hope your contraption is worth it!
  Serpentor: That is none of your concern! Do as you're told like an obedient lackey!
  Cobra Commander: LACKEY???!!! YOU DARE CALL ME A— *screams in fright as he notices the Joes advancing towards him*
• When Golobulus talks about humanity evolving after the people of Cobra-La were forced underground, the Baroness observes the Dreadnoks being lethargic slobs and quips about evolution not changing them much.
• In the scene where Heather is revealed to be Zarana in disguise, Thrasher attempts to make a move on her, but Zarana instead rebukes him by throwing him into the river.
