The game is full of funny moments. If something in this game isn't Awesome then it's flat out hilarious.

As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked as per policy. You Have Been Warned.

The Original

  • The Lock-on targeting and Uninstall lock-on targeting upgrade, which starts as an argument between two voices about the lock-on targeting and goes from there to them talking about waffles. See here.
  • And of course who could forget the crowning moment of funny for the game: the History of Boxing segment. The funniest thing about it is that it's presented as though it's a Little Known Fact and comes out of nowhere with literally no foreshadowing and has absolutely nothing to do with the game itself.
  • The part where the frog is put on trial and has to answer questions to obtain citizenship on Bug Mars, as there are very hilarious responses from the judge to most of the given answers and the player wins regardless of which answers they pick. It's especially funny if you always pick the last answer for each question, as it makes it look like the frog was considered eligible for citizenship in spite of being a racist jackass to the bugs.
  • The text adventure level reacts to a good amount of nonsense you can try. You can dance, punch and kick yourself (which cause you to "die", except not really). If you decide to fuck yourself you actually score some meaningless points.

The...Sequel?

  • In the sequel, you must answer a series of Leisure Suit Larry-style copy protection questions:
Question: What was Louis Pasteur trying to destroy with pasteurization?
    One Answer: His entire family.
  • The revelation that one of the minigames within a game is an LCD game clone of Dark Souls where one of the enemies is a skeleton with a pelvis for a head, and a skull for a pelvis.
  • Just like with The History of Boxing in the last game, collecting each purple glyph will present a bogus history of Korn, who seemed to have a huge band line up the likes of which would make Hawkwind blush.
