• The entire hospital scene:
  • The incredibly chill nurse played by Justin Long, who for some reason decided to use a Humphrey Bogart voice. When he tells Randal they'll need to shave his groin, Randal first makes him specify what he defines as "the groin". The nurse ponders this like it's some deep philosophical question.
  • Elias renounces God and pledges his allegiance to Satan, causing a scene in the hospital waiting room. the woman sitting next to Elias gives some hilariously appropriate reactions.
• Once Elias commits to Satanism (or at least the brand of Satanism he heard about in Christian propaganda) he dresses up in some hilariously flamboyant costumes. At least one of them was based on Priss from Blade Runner, a movie he'd never even heard of.
• The audition scene, for the sheer number of celebrity cameos. Naturally, Ben Affleck is among them, using a Brooklyn accent.
  • One of the aspiring actors doesn't speak for his audition. It takes everyone awhile to realize he's auditioning for Silent Bob.
• When the gang goes outside and sees Dante and Veronica having sex in her car, Jay excitedly grins then starts masturbating right then and there without paying any attention to anyone else. While already amusing considering how in-character this is for Jay, his doing it to the rhythm of the background music really sells the scene.
