- Neo Getter-1 gets a new weapon (a machine gun) seemingly out of nowhere for Reversal, but recall episode two of the Original Video Animation, where Professor Shikishima shows off a machine gun and mutters to himself about making a scaled-up version for the Getter.
- Chang Wufei receives "Self Destruct" as his last Spirit Command, unlike other Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz pilots, who have it from the start. He's the only member of the team who never attempted to use his Gundam's Self-Destruct Mechanism in the entirety of the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing series, and only used it at the very end of Endless Waltz.
