• Kingpin has Venom working for him. Venom knows Spider Man is Peter Parker, yet Kingpin doesn't. Venom withheld useful information from Kingpin for no good reason.
  • It's Personal with Venom. He'd not want Kingpin to kill Peter Parker without him.
• Kingpin's Evil Plan has him set up a bomb that will destroy New York, while he's still in it.
• If you run out of health, Spider-Man is arrested and thrown into a jail cell, but the cops never even think to remove his mask?
