- Why did Raideen's designers put his sword and shield on the same arm, so that he can't use both at once?
- The Mu's are said to be the most advanced civilization on the planet, yet they couldn't predict a tsunami, something humans have been doing for ages.
- Many Real Life geologists have pointed out that the arguement for Mu's existence makes no sense.
Fridge Horror
- With the Mu, the most advanced civilization in the world, gone, not only has many millenia of important information and technology been lost, but if a threat like Barao rises again, nothing can stop it.
- Throughout the last few episodes, Princess Lemuria shows signs of being a Death Seeker, desperately wanting to die for Akira's sake. In episode 49, she breaks towards Mari, saying that she felt guilt for not being a loving mother to her son. Is it possible this behaviour is because she wants to make up for her negligence?
- The Mu have advanced technology, but never shared it with the rest of the Earth, only sharing it when their planet was invaded in the form of Raideen.
