Fridge Horror

Young Kenny gets face-painted as a tiger, but the artist uses spray paint and a cardboard template. It doesn't come off. For the rest of the series, Kenny has to cover it with make-up. The kicker is that this was at a family fun day, where several children are seen with the same face paint... they may have permanently disfigured several children. This is never followed up.
