Cactus Gunman is known for his poor shooting, but if you'll notice, his guns have really wide barrels, like a trumpet. That can't be good for his aim.

The Gregory Horror Show: Mystery Holiday premise implies that children can end up in Gregory House. As in, children are prone to wandering into a Hell Hotel where almost everything is bent on killing them.
Actually while it's not stated outright that our guest is a child in the game, there is some lines from Gregory Mama that imply that our guest could be a child themselves as she says that the guest is a brat so Mystery Holiday might not be the first (or last) time a child can go to Gregory House.
Remember how Gregory mentions to the first guest that they had another man that went missing after he said he disliked Hell's Chef's cooking? Well the gold tooth is in the "soup" and plus, it's seen from the Last Train that Hell's Chef has no issue cooking up the Pig Gentleman as a meal so... Is the "soup" the blood from the last guy? I mean it would also explain why our first guest got so sick.
