The Great Fireworks Fiasco (or Kaboom Town)
is a one-shot story that occurs on the Coreline Shared Universe. It focuses on the Chemical Warfare group who are hired to carry out a very nasty job in preperation for the Fourth Of July.

This story has the following Tropes:
- Let's You and Him Fight: Chemical Warfare has been hired to replace the fireworks for the Fourth of July with high explosives. Unfortunately for them, the Joker R gang has plans of their own, and decide that the mercenary group is in their way.
- Psycho for Hire: The Chemical Warfare group are basically a team of this.
- Spanner in the Works: The Disaster Squad is this for both Chemical Warfare and the Joker R gang.
- Xanatos Gambit: An odd variation; the whole reason the Joker R gang is going after the fireworks is to distract any law enforcement and heroes from realizing that they have an entirely different plan for the Fourth of July. So while they lose, Joker R doesn't mind, because the distraction is already in place.
