Fox Among the Pigeons

This is a 4-chapter work and it is now completed. It has some spoilers for the new episodes of Season 2.
This fanfic contains examples of:
- Alternate Universe Fic: A What If? with the change that Volpina is more careful with her illusion of a crumbling building and avoids getting it disrupted by a pigeon, so that Ladybug surrenders her Miraculous.
- Bad Boss: Volpina finds herself turned back to Lila and imprisoned by Hawk Moth just for daring to want to date Adrien.
- Heel–Face Turn: Lila sees the error of her ways and promises to change after her ordeal as Hawk Moth's prisoner.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Gabriel places the stolen Ladybug Miraculous in his safe just after Adrien returned the spellbook there, so that Adrien sees him do it and can recover the earrings for Marinette.
- Mind over Matter: Swatch, a cloth-only telekinetic villain, is brought in by Hawk Moth after he rejects Volpina.
- The Unmasking: Ladybug loses her secret identity to Volpina and Hawk Moth, and has to admit it to Chat Noir.
