- Call-Back: Rarity and Sparkler at one point discuss Rarity meeting Prince Blueblood in The Best Night Ever.
- {{Doppelgänger}}: Sparkler, Firefly, Surprise and Posey are all basically carbon copies of Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy respectively, only Surprise is a Pegasus and Posey is an Earth Pony.
