Dad Shaped
is a Danny Phantom and Batman crossover, in which Danny and Dani are both captured by the Guys in White. Assuming that the latter is an unusual duplicate of the former, they try to forcibly merge them back together... only for the machine to make them both the average of their chronological ages, allowing them to escape into Gotham, where they soon run into Jason and latch onto him, since he'll be in trouble for being ecto-contaminated if he tries to turn them in. Hilarity Ensues.
- Appropriated Appelation: After Danny and Dani start following Jason around as invisible vigilantes, he jokingly calls them "Hoodlums" and they take a liking to the title.
- Entertainingly Wrong: When Dani is captured, it's assumed that she's some kind of unusual duplicate rather than an Opposite-Sex Clone.
- Fountain of Youth: When the attempt to recombine Danny and Dani (under the false assumption that she's some kind of unusual duplicate rather than an Opposite-Sex Clone), the two halfas end up physically de-aged. Danny assumes that they ended up roughly halfway between their chronological ages.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: The Guys in White's failed attempt to "recombine" Danny and Dani causing them to de-age means that the Guys in White can't find them as easily after they escape due to the smoke and chaos the experiment created, and their escape was only possible because the two's sudden youth meant that they could easily slip out of their restraints.
- Promoted to Parent: Jason and the two de-aged halfas basically end up informally adopting each other.
